Have just found this forum and it's great :bliss:

I started CS last Monday and got weighed this morning and have lost 5lbs have had a grin on my face all day lol

Hope people don't mine me joining in for some support

Congrats thats amazing news! Its also my 1st weigh in this week and i also lost 5lbs - its a great feeling! Well done xx
