Hi I was just wondering if any of the new starters that have 12 stone to lose are exercising. I have started to use my stepper at home but im feeling like maybe I should join a gym. My stepper is fine for working the legs and butt, but Im not getting breathless before my legs cant move anymore ....lol.

Was just curious as to whether any of you are exercising and what it is you do ?

Generally speaking, in the first two weeks no extra exercise is suggested. If you do decide you wanna start, then tonining exercises like general walking, yoga, pilates, etc will help tone everything up. Some people find doing aerobics difficult because they don't have the energy, so less energetic, more stretching might help you out! :)
