Newbiw here!!

I everyone, I just found this site and am hoping it'll help give me the willpower to shift the weight I've been carrying for the last 10 years. I've done SW several times in the past and it's worked for a few months but then my resolve slips, I get bored and I go back to old habits. I haven't re-joined SW I'm just going to try and do it at home by myself...hopefully with your help and support :)
