    Hi all, i used to use this forum years ago for support and it helped me so much. Iv since had a baby moved away from home and my relationship has ended, after being miserable for over a year iv let myself become more and more depressed, i want to lose weight to feel good about myself but feeling miserable i just keep piling the pounds on, my willpower is through the floor, i want it so badly but im my own worst enemy and im just making things harder fir myself. What do people find easiest when dieting etc, any tips or help plz tia

    Hi Chrissie. I'm new to this site too but have used it to look up sun values before x I'm on my second week of slimming world after a three year gap from having my son. I'm too my own worst enemy and find myself going to the cupboard/fridge without even realising. With SW I find I can eat LOADS so that works for me!!!!

    Yeah iv done sw once too, as easy as it is I found so hard to stick to, I'm starting low gi diet Monday, been shopping today and stocked up, got loads of lentils quinoa and bulgar wheat iv never tried before lol
