I have joined this forum today.

I have been with Rosemary Conley Club on and off for about 4 years.

I feel I am on a roll now but need support to get me to goal by June (30lbs to go!)

I only joined 2 weeks ago and have found it quite helpful.

Hi Ruthy2, I joined 4 weeks ago, when I signed up with RC, never done her diet before, done lots of others !!
I am aiming for 1/2 stone a month, holiday May followed by Birthday August
