i am 2 weeks into slimming world 6.5 first week 1/2lb yesterday, I am struggling with all the carbs and feel too full on it and can see my weight fluctuating, any help please
 
First thing is congrats on your 7lb off in 2 weeks.:)

The only advice I can give is cut back on the carbs. Do you have a food diary so members can see what you eat and help you replace carbie things with other foods.

I am having overnight porridge, chickpeas and peppers and onion and tomatoes with spinach with curry powder, dinner is pasta with quern and home made bolognase sauce, yoga and frui, find all the carbs and chick peas too filling making me a bit sick really don't know what to have that's lighter really
