Newish to SW and have a few questions...

I am still fairly new to SW but have a few questions about the different plans and weightloss and would be very grateful for any advice.

I started on my first week doing extra easy but didn't lose any weight so decided to switch to green, however I still haven't lost anything. Which plan do you follow and have you had good loses? Is it possible to eat too much of a free food so that you put on weight? Also do you find it makes a difference to your loss if you eat in the evening?

Sorry to ask so many questions but I am very interested in others experiences on SW.

well i have only just joined first week did mainly red and last week did ee and put a 1lb on although * week i think red suits me best as when i have eaten carbs im bloated

I do a mixture of green and red days ~ always have a red before WI day. I haven't tried EE yet but some of the members on here have had fantastic results on it. I have 3 main meals and lots of snacks during the day (mainly snack on fruit or muller light yogurts). Good luck with your weight loss journey and ask away as someone on here will know the answer!x

HI, I haven't tried extra easy yet, am thinking of switching to it when I am trying to maintain.

I normally do 3 red days and 4 green days a week, I've been on plan since 22nd January, and usually lose 2lbs a week, sometimes half a pound more sometimes less.

How about trying a few original days in your week? I know of a few people that don't get on to well with green days concerning their weightloss, everyone is different.

I love chicken and can eat it freely on red, and red days dont bloat me out as much as green days.

Thank you for your answers, I am determined to stick to it as it is a really good plan and if nothing else I am feeling so much healthier with what I am eating. I get really stuck on a red day and often feel hungry as I don't like fish and can't eat loads of meat because I am too fussy lol!!

i do red and extra easy, first week lost 1.5 second week stayed the same (because i did not do it properly) and third week i lost 1.5 again i have never had big losses with any plan, i can never get on with green as when i have pasta and rice and things i get full to quickly and then maybe an hour later i am hungry again

Why don't you post your food diary so we can take a look and maybe give some advice on how you can get things moving.

I mainly stick to extra easy day and have had an everage of a 2lb loss each week. I find that I try to mix my days up a bit, not eating the same sort of things all of the time so that me body never get used to what is being put inside it, so it has to work all the time!! (Thats what I like to think anyway).
