Well i have decided to start a sw diary on here so that i can just get everything food related off my chest if i need to. I am the heaviest i have ever been at the moment 18.10 and this is my day 1. I am totally addicted to chocolate and go through loads every day, i mean i spend about £6 every single day. So i will probably suffer sugar withdrawal for the next couple of days, but i need to power through. My weight is totally affecting my life now, i have 9 stone to lose. I have other ladies problems which i have been refered to a specialist for but i am sure if i lose weight, it will ease things. So this is it. I know sw works , i am just hoping i can stick to it. I have so much happening this year. I spent all my 20's overweight and i have just turned 30 and don't want to spend my 30's the same. So i will just come on to this diary to get things off my chest and have a little rant when i feel like it. So here goes, day 1......

Good Luck with slimming world, I too am losing weight to help with certain problems I have.
 
Well it is a gorgeous sunny day where i am, but i have been spring cleaning all day, and being bad food wise, well not bad really , just not slimming world. Not going to beat myself up about it though, just going to start fresh tomorow and get on with it. Thanks for the support everyone, i am also looking forward to get to know you guys x
 
Argh been bad again today!! And what is making it worse is that i have paid for sw online and still not stuck to plan, overall since january i have lost 1lb. Right, im drawing a line again and starting fresh tomorow!
 
Hi I'm Sarah, good luck with doing slimming world, I've tried every diet going & I think it's the healthiest one, I like calorie counting too but I alway eat rubbish with my cals,( I'm a chocoholic too) and end up starving by tea time so I find sw makes me pick healthy choices then I just have a hi fi bar or alpen light bar at night with a cuppa to sort my chocolate cravings out, and syn it I'd I've used my healthy b.
The hardest bit is getting started, hope you can get on the wagon and enjoy doing it :) x
