    I've been to SW three weeks now and am doing good but I have started losing track of what I'm eating and sometimes having too many hexb's so i thought I'm on my computer everyday :rolleyes: so I'll start typing it all down :eat:
    I'm allowed 4 extra HE as I am bf'ing my little baby boy. I don't always have these though.
    I have about 5 stone to lose and when I followed LT last year I lost 2 stone but then got pregnant and had Charlie. The year before I did WW, lost 2 stone and then got fed up and put it back on, so I will be interested to see if I get past 2 stone with SW :D

    Thank you Eddie- he is a little cutey,but then I'm biased :D

    Today so far I've had

    Weetabix (hexB) x2 w/skimmed milk
    Cup of tea w/skimmed milk
    Can Diet Pepsi

    2xQuorn Sausages
    2xMattesons Turkey rashers (3 syns)
    1/2 can Baked Beans
    6 baby plum tomatoes roasted in oven
    Handful mushrooms roasted with tomatoes
    2 egg portion scrambled egg

    2xMullerlights (not at same time ha)

    Not sure what I'm having for tea but I'm getting peckish now :eat:

    2 tiny wholemeal rolls
    Quorn burger cut in half (1/2 syn)
    rocket&spinach salad
    sliced tomatoes
    sliced red onion
    spring onions
    sliced mini babybel light

    loads of SW chips/wedges
    Another(!) Muller Light

    Cup of tea w/skimmed milk
    Ginger Nut (2.5 syns)

    All in all, a very satisfying day :)

    Weetabix x2 w/skimmed milk

    packet of Sweet Chilli Mini Ryvita thingies
    2 tiny bowls of pasta & some unknown tomatoe based sauce at babycafé

    Spicy mugshot

    HiFi Bar

    massive plate of pasta twists with chopped peppers,sweetcorn, ripped up chicken and a tin of tuna (from one big pot for whole family)

    500ml Ribena really light

    1 Fox's Golden Crunch Cream (4 syns :eek:)

    For tea I am making the ham,bacon,mushroom and egg quiche from the red recipe book :)

    Really? I didn't realise as I classed it as a 'diet drink' :eek:

    it's probably ok - just double check! i bought a ribena really light from the shop thinking it was free but it wasn't....although it was already diluted!

    Sunday I went to Scarborough for the day. What a lovely place :) very tempting where food is concerned though!

    2x Weetabix w/skimmed milk

    large jack pot w/ coleslaw and baked beans -no butter+salad :innocent0001:
    Very Large Scone w/cream AND jam :ashamed0005:
    Portion of Harry Ramsdens chips :giveup:

    BUT! I avoided the ice cream stalls and just looked on with a cup of tea as the rest of my family tucked into a variety of scrummy ice cream delights :character00116:

    Aarrghhh I keep forgetting to update my food diary,....and when I do update it I've forgotton stuff I've ate! :sigh:

    Amoy straight to wok noodles
