I've been to SW three weeks now and am doing good but I have started losing track of what I'm eating and sometimes having too many hexb's so i thought I'm on my computer everyday :rolleyes: so I'll start typing it all down :eat:
I'm allowed 4 extra HE as I am bf'ing my little baby boy. I don't always have these though.
I have about 5 stone to lose and when I followed LT last year I lost 2 stone but then got pregnant and had Charlie. The year before I did WW, lost 2 stone and then got fed up and put it back on, so I will be interested to see if I get past 2 stone with SW :D

Today so far I've had

Weetabix (hexB) x2 w/skimmed milk
Cup of tea w/skimmed milk
Can Diet Pepsi

2xQuorn Sausages
2xMattesons Turkey rashers (3 syns)
1/2 can Baked Beans
6 baby plum tomatoes roasted in oven
Handful mushrooms roasted with tomatoes
2 egg portion scrambled egg

2xMullerlights (not at same time ha)

Not sure what I'm having for tea but I'm getting peckish now :eat:

All in all, a very satisfying day :)

2 tiny bowls of pasta & some unknown tomatoe based sauce at babycafé

massive plate of pasta twists with chopped peppers,sweetcorn, ripped up chicken and a tin of tuna (from one big pot for whole family)

For tea I am making the ham,bacon,mushroom and egg quiche from the red recipe book :)

Sunday I went to Scarborough for the day. What a lovely place :) very tempting where food is concerned though!
