I thought id start a diary to have someone to bee acountable to since im doing my weigh-ins at home unlike ive done before on slimming world or lipotrim.
well last week up until yesterday i was following lipotrim, when my husband mid-week decided he was going to start slimfast. whilst researching a bit for him i had a rethink about lipotrim.. mainly cos of my 7yr old daughter, i didnt want to pass my food issues down to her.. one thing my husband and i have always done is no matter how crap our diet is make sure the kids love fruit and veg, get 5 a day and limit their sweets etc.. for example they have never had fizzy drinks! the pair of hypocrites we are, as once they had gone to bed it would be about 4 liters of coke between us min, and takeaways and choclate from the icecream man at 9pm!
so after having our 4th child 4 weeks ago i decided enough is enough, i was 20stone 4lbs.. not the highest ive been but totally unacceptable to me! i started lipotrim cos i couldnt even think about how to cook a healthy meal. with a week without food and preparing for slimfast i feel ready and already much more knowelegable about calories and fat content.. its preparing me for a healthy life after i have shead my fat suit!!
so on my 1st weigh in i lost 14lbs! yay! but im realistic that it will only be a few lbs a week with slimfast if im lucky and i could even put on this week after doing the lipotrim
but im prepared!
day 1 food diary
bfast: vanilla shake
lunch: choc shake
dinner: tesco light choices tomato and pasta bake 375cals
tesco light choices garlicbread slices x 2 75 cals each
(total 525 cals for dinner)
snacks:wheatos cereal bar 89cals
mullerlight toffee 97cals
mini pot of philidelphia light 40cals
tesco mini grissini bread sticks 10cals each x6
drinks: 2 litres of water
