    Well it's worked for me before so I'm back on w w, just doing discover plan at home :s getting married in sept and want to lose 5 1/2 stone by then, fingers crossed.

    Here goes.........,

    Start weight 18st 4.4lb

    Day 1; 5 feb

    Tea with milk 1
    Apple, satsuma & rhubarb muller lite yoghurt 2.5

    Tomato pasta & garlic naan 6
    Tea with milk 1

    Chicken tikka masala with rice & garlic naan, & veg 10

    Banana options hot choc 0.5
    Crisps 1.5

    Total points; 22.5/25
    Saved points; 2.5
    Pedometer points; 1.5
    Total saved; 4

    Good day today, I no it's day 1 but I put down the choc twice!!! Still will power worked! Trying to save a few points for some birthday cake on Wednesday as it's my daughters 3rd birthday :)
