Im a relief nurse and work all over the place hours, for instance 60hrs this week from days to nights days to nights etc which throws me off so much! im struggling to exercise as i really like exercise classes but alot are on evenings and im usually on the way to work so doing walking on those occassions. Doesnt feel as good as doing a spinning class tho!
Im struggling with my eating pattern at night time. it seems so wrong sitting down at 3 am tucking into your brown basmati rice etc.
Any other night duty people going through the same!?:wave_cry:
