    Oh god oh god - Every now and again me and a friend go to hers and have a few bottles of wine and a chat.

    We havent done it since March due to me being on TFR - but now we are having a get together on Sat night - and im racked with guilt because ill be drinking.....

    Go and enjoy yourself oxally, you have done brill, enjoy your wine and natter. Im away this wkend on a hens and am dreading the eating and the drinking too, but Im gonna enjoy it and hope I dont do too much damage to the diet. Talk to you all on Mon

    Ah go and enjoy yourself, you've earned it!
    Fifi is right about taking it easy!!! I made the mistake of drinking too much straight after refeed and ooooh I was sick all night and all the next day!

    You may find after a long period of being T-Total you wont be able to handle as much as you used to. I'm a real light weight when it comes to alcohol (soon to be with food too lol!)... I can get tipsy on a bacardi breezer and parayletic on a glass of red. I'm a cheap date as my BF calls me.

    slim&save, tried everything in the past,failed expert on them all
    stick to vod oxy as that's the lower calorie wise, add plenty of ice to make it a long drink.
    got told today that a bottle of wine is the equivalent of 6 yes 6 donuts so steer clear of this.

    Yeah, apparently a 75cl bottle of dry white is 500 calories. I think I'd prefer the donuts!!
