    Decidd it was time for me to start my food diary, first posting will be tomorrow.

    I am following EE, I am off to decide what I am going to eat.:)

    Breakfast
    Melon, Strawberries, Pineapple & Kiwi with F/F yoghurt and sweetner

    Lunch
    Lettuce, Tomato, Mushrooms and cucumber with half a packet of pasta and sauce cheese, leek and ham (0.5 syn)
    Reduced calorie mayo (2 syns)
    Banana
    Mugshot

    Dinner
    Pork Chop (fat removed) with 15g satay sauce (3.5 syns)
    SW chips and salad

    2 flat mushrooms topped with chopped tomato, red onion, chopped mushroom stalks and cottage cheese - grilled
    2 tbl spoons of savoury rice

    Mullerlight - cherry layered with chocolate spinkles - 2.5 syns

    Gammon - fat removed
    New potatos
    Carrots, califlower, green beans
