Nimble whoelmeal bread

I usually have 2 slices of Nimble bread as HxB as it says so in the book but it only weighs at 48g so does that mean I can have 2 and half slices to make it up to 60g, or do I stick to the 2 slices as specified in the book? Thanks xx

You are allowed 60g of wholemeal bread so go ahead. I often have two x 800g slices of break and just syn the bit over 60g.
