No added sugar squash

Hi all
I have recently started drinking Robinsons no added sugar squash after seeing on here it was syn free.
I drink over 2 litres a day its not very strong just to give the water a slight taste. Is this ok or am i just getting a bit paranoid as i had a half pound gain last week and i can honestly say i dont know where it has come from.

I drink the Robinson's NAS squas all day too. I keep bottles made up in the fridge and get through 2 litres of made up squash a day like you. It's never stopped me losing weight.

That good to know and looking at your losses you are certainly in the know !! well done !
Just getting a bit paranoid after my gain last week, the weight has been coming off nicely and it has just threw me a bit. Hopefully i will be back on track after weigh in tomorrow.

hmm. i was also a bit paranoid.. esp as it doesnt say 'sugerfree' anymore? theyv changed the packaging. i really like it, i add loads though as its so weak. i hope it doesnt slow losses, mine are slow enuf! but i find i drink far less diet coke if i have it, which is great cos' i drink far too much fizz. x
