Day 1: 2nd January 2014 Started off with an apple &cinneman porridge for breakfast and i was literally gagging on it, didnt like it at all, ate 3/4 of the porridge. Was shocked how full i felt all morning, untill lunch...For lunch I had the vanilla shake... was so nice and refreshing. This also kept me feeling full all afternoon till the evening when I had the pasta carbonara and was shocked how nice that tasted too, I added a bit of salt and pepper on it for a bit of flavor. Felt fine, not hungry at all Day 2: Had the normal porridge for breakfast which tasted so sweet but so nice.. really enjoyed it. Lunch: pasta carbonara again as I enjoyed it the night before, dinner: strawberry shake, which i didnt enjoy as much as the vanilla one, maybe put a bit to much water in though. Day 3: Woke up shaking, very very hungry and a massive headache, felt so weak, then I had the porridge and after about half an hour i felt a bit better, for lunch I had the banana shake and then for dinner I decided to have a green salad with some chicken, and felt so nice eating whole food. Day 4: porridge for breakfast, spaghetti bolognaise for lunch and chocolate shake for dinner. - much better day, no headaches and no feeling dizzy, hardly feel hungry. Also been drinking 4 litres of water a day to keep me hydrated and when i do feel hungry I just drink water. So Far so good... looking forward to going on the scales on thursday morning to see how much iv lost in 1 week.
