no wonder im fat!

Started all virtuous and had a cambridge shake for breakfast, but soon realised I was having a hungry day and had 5 chicken slices and a slice of bread. then a mini roll. managed to last till dinner and had a massive plate of oven chips, spag hoops, fried chicken breast (and a half) oh and 2 more mini rolls, some peanuts and chocolate, then some angel delight to wash it down with.. def over my calories today and now stuffed and feeling like a big fatty!

Note to self = dont buy choc mini rolls again!

Sounds like you arent eating enough in the mornings, which normally sets me up for a failure too! I try to wait a few hours after I wake up to eat breakfast then try and have something filling like boiled or poached eggs and one slice of toast with a tiny bit of butter.

When i try to avoid food all day thinking im doing myself good it never works, I just get so hungry and snack constantly!

I wouldnt worry too much, youve already lost 10lb which is great! Im jealous! Just be extra good tomorrow! I had a bad day yesterday too but after being well behaved today I dont feel as guilty!

If you look around the supermarkets you can find some great alternatives to snacky foods like angel delight, the shape delight yoghurts are about 100 calories each and the chocolate ones are really good!

I know im rambling on a bit but if you want to make your chicken crispy rather than plain boring grilled try beating some egg whites, the yolks are quite fatty, good fats but still every calorie counts. Then roll the chicken in the eggs whites and grill, goes lovely and crispy but still healthy because its just a bit of extra protein!
