I finally joined sw last Monday and cancelled my online membership! :)

Breakfast- allinson w/meal roll and cheese triangles (heb and hea)

Lunch- boiled ham, peas, carrot and parsnip (1 syn) and boiled potato

Apple

Dinner- extra lean steak pieces, peppers, onions and Amoy straight to wok noodles (1.5syns) and a spoon of sweet chilli sauce (2 syns)

Jaffa cake bar- 5 syns

Mini milk - 1.5
Sausage- 2

Wholemeal roll and cheese triangles

Lunch - salad 1 syn

Strawberries and blueberries with miller light

Dinner- chicken and bns risotto 2 syns

Mini milk 1.5 syns

4.5 syns used. Saving rest for formal tomorrow night :)

Last night I had wine instead of vodka- and I'm never ever drinking again!!

One good point was that i didn't have the fudge cake as it tasted vile- saved those syns :)
 
Saturday

Breakfast- banana and whole meal roll (heb)

Lunch- lettuce and chicken tikka - 1 syn

Dinner- BBQ!!! Sw sausages 2 syns for four and 2 burgers- 2 syns

6.5 syns

Long time dieter here! Was doing ww most of the time but switched to sw. Trying to shift last stone before my big birthday in August. You? X

Breakfast- 2 sw beef sausages- 1 syns
Apple and kiwi

Mini milk- 1.5 syns

Lunch- KFC style chicken and salad

Dinner- tba

I started sw in march of last year. Lost 3 stones pretty quickly.. Less than 6 months. Then had a big op in September and put on a stone until the end of the year. For the last 6 month I've been struggling but I think I've turned a corner now and I'm hoping I'm back to 3 stones lost in the morning when I WI...
 
Fantastic loss! And you didn't put it all on so clap on the back for that one :)

I'm sure you can't wait until weigh in tomorrow am :)
 
Day one of new week!

Kiwi

Snack- blueberries and mullerlight

Dinner- whole wheat pasta, onions, peppers, mushrooms and tuna

Im finding it hard to eat with these high temps but when it's cooler I'm a complete bin lol!!
 
Hehe I know the feeling. Just be careful though.. Not eating enough can slow weight loss to Hun x
 
Tuesday

Breakfast- apple and banana

Snack- low fat yogurt

Lunch- whole wheat pasta, tuna and veg
