Noms low carb diet

Hi guys was on slim and save but now have transitioned to being fully low carb keeping carbs as close to 50g daily :-D

Today's menu
Breakfast - almond oat porridge 13g carbs
 
Good luck on your low-carb plan. I have been doing a low-carb WOE for 11 days now and I am really liking it. No deprivation and I feel full but not bloated... sugar cravings have just about totally gone.

Lunch - egg white omelette 30g cheese 25g ham - 1g carb
 
I'm also keeping to low calorie hence egg white which even with the cheese keeps my omelette under 200cals :) trying to have about 1000/1200 cals a day seems more doable than less. Have found low carb choc bars called balance sweetened with stevia and a bit of malitol so is around 10carbs but wont have one every day as its a treat. Also gonna try a hot choc made with almond milk and unsweetened cocoa stevia to sweeten see how that tastes as a choc treat. I have a massive sugar addiction which I can never satisfy no matter how much I eat, im seeing this as a lifestyle change than a diet with a finish so hopefully my weight will go down with these little changes :)

Snack hot choc 12g carbs :-D
