Non-Dairy Creamers

I was going to throw out a small container of Non-Dairy Creamer, when I noticed that it has 1g of carbohydrates per serving.

I am currently on SS and was wondering if this was still a no no at this stage or if we could use this, say once a day?

Missing dairies like crazy:sigh:
 
Have you checked the calories aswell?

One little thing like this every now and again shouldn't hurt too much but if you are desperate for 'milk' for tea etc you could use soy milk which is very low or a skimmed milk allowance each week. I started on SS with skimmed milk.
 
It's 10 cals per teaspoon.

I will try for a week (once every other day) and see if there is any adverse effects.
