    Hey, i`m Daisy. I want to loose nearly 2 stone. I`ve just started slimming world and finding it all a bit "eeekkkk" :eek:


    Trying to work out how it works, and what i can and can`t have with what, on what days, feels like a nightmare ... and i keep having the mother of all sugar/chocolate cravings that i usually shut up with cookies (i know, i know) ... just how do you stop/deal with those cravings with out blowing it ?


    On and i want to loose the weight for my horse, i have a 3 year old gelding whom i am in the process of backing ... i`d like to be lighter for him x

    Hi and welcome Daisy :) I do SW, once you get the hang of it, its really easy......promise ;) Have a look at other's food diary's.
