Nooooo! I've eaten !!!!!!

I have been away for the weekend and went to visit my grandparents, Which due to my V busy lifestyle is very rare.

However i just couldn't resist a small bowl of my grans cooking.

I actually don't feel quilty or wrong i'm just thinking right, back on track for tomorrow. i know i shouldn't have but i have done it now i just have to correct it!

Does anyone know if i should have the remainder of my foodpacks still, personally i think it would be best not to as i've probably had at least 500 cals in my small bowl of food, it consisted of veg, chicken a roast potato and rice about 7 table spoons

any help and advise would be greatly appreciated.
