Northern Ireland slimmers

I just started - I go to the group in shandon park golf club, where do you go?
I've never been to Larne - what's wrong with it?
Hi Guys I'm from Co Armagh, I have been doing SW from home and have lost 23lb (it would have been 25 only for a very naughty week this week and last!!)
I am proper chuffed!! I have been doing SW on and off for a year. I lost half a stone in the first few weeks (all I entinted on loosing before christmas last year) and then didn't start again until April this year. I went on to loose the rest in dribs and drabs (I had a few weddings, holidays and family occassions during the summer which slowed the whole process down!).

I guess because I don't go to group I am less motivated as I am reasonably happy with my shape and size and have finally got a flat (ish) tum even after having 2 kids. I also usually only follow sw during the week and at the weekends I generally do what I like. However I am being super good this weekend to make up for my major blow out as I would like to get my 9lb shifted by christmas!

I am however super impressed by Susie Woosie loosing over 2st in 2 months now that is some going!!
Im from belfast and i joined last week im finding it tough
Which plan are you doing? Im doing extra easy and finding it not too bad so far. Is it getting your head round it you are finding tough??

Hey! I go to a new group in West Belfast! I have lost 14 pounds so far! I had almost lost 21pounds but i went off track but I am back on it with a vengenace! I am really enjoying the plan! Hope to loose 7-10 pounds before my birthday on the 10th of December!
Hi all!! I'm from Ballyclare. Just joined last week and lost 4lbs - I'm delighted. I find the plan works really well with the family - got a bit sick of cooking one thing for them and something else for me!! I have a lot to lose, and of all the diets I've tried to date, I think this is the one I could stick to on a long term basis - we'll see...Good luck everyone!! xo
Hi all, Im in Belfast too, go to class in North Belfast, I will have my fifth WI tomorrow, as you can see Ive only lost 4.5lbs so far, though been sticking to it best I can, the weight is just coming off so slowly. Was nearly gonna give it up as a bad job last week, but decided sticking to it, any loss is good. There is a wealth of information and lots of encouragement on minimins, it's great, we are one big happy family! Just spotted this thread tonight (still finding my way round) good luck to you all, happy losing xx

We should make this are "wee" support thread!

Do not give up mistyme, remember slow and steady wins the race!

All chuffed with weigh in this week, lost 4.5 pounds! :D:flirt2:

Good luck everyone!

Very True Clairebear, the slower the weight is coming off the longer is likely to stay off! As long as its coming off and you are enjoying the diet and the food then keep with it hun! x
