Extra Easy Not eating meat on EE

Hi everyone,

I have been doing SW for a while now having lost 1stone 5 pounds
So far. For the last 4 weeks I have had half pound loses or STS.

I am always really good and havnt changed anything from when I had been losing previously. I often do EE But can often go two or three days without eating meat - not intentional but only recently finished uni and kinda used to not having meat around haha.

Does anyone know doing EE without waiting meat could be slowing me down and maybe I should turn it into a green day and have an extra HEX A and HEX B

Hope that makes sense, any help or advice would be appreciated :)

Yes, I'd say deffo do green days if you're not eating meat! You can always aim for 1/3rd superfree on the green plan, if you're worried about eating too many carbs.
 
Also, where are you on your 'loss ladder'? If you're remotely close to your target area, it's not uncommon to have smaller losses. 1/2lb isn't bad - it's still a loss and STS isn't a gain!
Plenty of SF and loads of water.​
 
Yeah, been getting me a bit demotivated the last couple of weeks so been doing an SAS log and food diary and kinda just
Pinpointed the no meat thing. Will have to try greens I think. Thanks xx
