Not had the best weekend

Hola lovelies

Had my WI and have lost 3lb this week getting me my half stone yay and a total of 35lb lost so Im delighted!

BUT.... Ive struggled this weeknd, had a family birthday party, resisted the bbq burgers and sausages in favour of chicken, ate the free food I took, had no bread etc and did well, til the birthday cake came out LOL. Had about 3 slices... but I did take the icing off so I was trying :)

Wasnt too much better today so far.... I really need to lose another 5lb before the 15th. Do you think if I try and stick to plan today and then the next two weeks and get out on my bike its achievable?

Definitely achievable hun! My entire weekend has been a blip, but you just start optimising to the max again from now and you'll be fine xx

Yeah it's definitely achievable, we all have blips, but as you say, draw a line in the sand and move on ;)
