Well it has been a few days since my WI where I thought I was going to lose loads and apparently I out on 4lbs !!! I could not believe it, I had really stuck to the plan so I have been really down :(

Anyway I am trying to stay on track and not comfort eat, although I am popping for a drink later! But only the one!

I am determined to do this so I am ging to try WW for another couple of weeks but if it does not work then I will maybe try CCing or SW as I know I can lose on that I just have to be majorly organised. It is annoying because I thing the flexibility of WW is great but I do eat more healthily on other plans and maybe my body needs something else. Unless it is the propoints plan but I knoiw it is working for lots of people but i can honestly say that I am tracking!!! AArrrgghh!!! So not fair! I wish I knew what it was!

Anyway I am going to try and focus on the good things and also try and up my exercise. Hopefully that will work because I am sick of being like this. :eek:
