Aw hon .. can sympathise with how you feel. I know it's really hard but try to draw a line under the disappointed and the "giving out to yourself" talk...... psychologists say it will only send you back into the negative (eating) cycle and then around and around you go. Try to focus on more empowering thoughts such as "I will do this", "I will be slim", "I will fit into X".
Take care and be nice to yourself and acknowledge the hard work you've already done.
