anybody else find this whilst taking Xenical?
Its 2:30pm and I dont feel hungry enough to make myself some lunch. I didnt have a particularly huge breakfast I just dont fancy food?
Never thought I would hear myself say that lol.
I have just stood in the kitchen and made 3 shepherds pies to freeze, and wasnt tempted to eat them at all...
I must be ill *goes for a lie down*

I find the same, thought it was all in my head but maybe not. I certainly didn't think I'd ever be able to manage on 1300 calories a day!!!

I rarely eat more than 1000 calories a day it is too much of a challenge to get there. Most days I don't eat anything at all till around 2.30pm. I am bad! x

mmmm shepherds pie... what mince do u use... all mince ive looked at has been way too high in fat.. :-( i love mince lol

Try the extra lean beef steak mince.. Sainsbury or the turkey mince

quorn mince is good, I made a chilli with it last week, I also use quorn chicken style pieces (the frozen ones) in curries x
