Drink plenty of water, 3-4 litres a day if you can manage it. You will lose more on Total Solution, but even if you add 200 calories of chicken and vegetables a day you should start to lose again. The first week always shows a good weight loss. It can plateau for a week or two at any stage through the diet. I had a couple of weeks of the scales barely budging but then I lost 3lb in three days and almost 5lb in the week. Stick to it and you will see results.
