    Just had my CDC round, back up to 18 3.6lbs, been away for over a year, I've taken some pic's today of myself in my undies and I'll upload them next week when I have something to compare it too :)

    day 1 was a success :) Headache's are setting in now, got lots of NVQ work to do and I've no energy to do it, but I'll power through, nothing is getting in my way this time, 1 day at a time is the key I think :)

    Still going strong, aiming to be at my goal by Halloween, I'm buying my outfit next week for "Thinspiration" Can't wait!

    Awaiting a visit from my CDC for my midweek weigh (well it's just a sneaky one) Feeling nervous, but I'll just have to go with the flow :)

    Aww thanks guys, Well I've been away for a day or two, I've got tonsilitis :'( I'm trying to do step 3 though as i'm on antibiotics, but feeling dead and have no appetite whatsoever :( xx

    Hi Chrissy

    I remember you too from last year, I have put 2 stone on, just by literally eating whatever I wanted, I never got to goal eithr so wan 3 stone of this time, on day 3 of my millionth restart since Jan but feels different this time, I am never hungry physically just that age ole battle in my mind about swapping and doing it slower on sw or something then at least I can eat but it never works!! Soooo good luck for weigh in tomorrow and hope your feeling better!!

    Back on plan tomorrow once the antibiotics are done with, can't bloody wait! Going to be honest and admit I'm having a bit of a fat day, but I'll lose it fast enough anyway, bring it on :)

    Still going strong(ish) Valentines day is hard, I want nothing more than to go for a lovely candle lit meal with my dude but I've picked up some overtime at work instead so I can stay on track, hope you're all doing well, and Happy Valentines Day :) xx

    I will struggle tonight too - hubby has already put a bottle of white wine inthe fridge aaaarrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh

    I came in from work to find he'd cooked me a biiiig slab of steak. I ate it, but didn't have any carbs like chips or anything, just the steak, so not too bad, I don't think it'll make too much difference as my scales still say I've lost another 1/2lb xx
