not sure how Ive done!

Hi well I have tried hard but still I dont know what the scales will say Tuesday! I went to a Party last night, it was a BBQ. I'd saved about 26 weeklies and 25 for the day, I had some pasta,lots of
Salad, small Piece of pizza, a small meat kebab thing on a stick and a chic drumstick, and a
Small slice of choc cake! I also had 3 wine spritzers.

only thing is I didnt point it, I just hoped id saved enough and that it was within them!

I started my new day today with my 29pp had some toast, when everyone else was having sausages! then a bit of pasya for
Dinner with a 0pp sauce I made, then went out for tea. I had Newyork chic and usually have a jacket tater but they didn't have any so had to have chips :-(

I hope I havnt ruined it, I'll be sad if I stay the same as I could have relaxed a the party otherwise! ahh well I'll just have to

Are you saying that if you have stayed the same then you might have well eaten more at the party? Can't see the logic in that because then you might have put on or put on even more! Apologies though if I have got the wrong end of the stick.

Even if you STS or put on, you haven't ruined it because you went straight back to plan. You only ruin it when you give up altogether x

well yeah I think I could have prehaps had a burger from the BBQ and some cake, I don't think it would have made much diff as I've stayed the same for weeks, not bin piggin out or anything though but have had the odd choc binge at totm and had a BBQ and been on a short break away and still stayed the same weight.

But never mind, least I no I tried, maybe not hard enough though, prob should have pointed everything still, well will see tomorrow! but think I've lost it, I sneaked on the scales midweek and had lost 1 pound, sneaked again today and it shows a 0.2 gain! on start weight After all that time staying the same not been on a diet! I no 0.2's nothing though lol, I should have known to wait till after the party to start! but I really had and still do have good intentions and wanted to get started right away! Ahh well not much can be done now, I await the new week!

Well, there's never an ideal time to start really - you just have to get on with it because these things will always happen. It would be a party this week, a birthday next week, a night out the following week etc and you would never get round to it :D So you did the right thing.
