I'm on day 3 and seriously can't stop peeing! I expected to have to go abit more because of all the extra fluid, but not quite as much as I am lol

I am just about to leave for the school run and worried I'm gonna get caught short!

Will this slow down in days to come or is it as bad all the way through (cos if it is, I'm not sure I will cope!

Par from that, I'm loving the diet.. xxx

It should settle down once your body gets used to the extra fluid.
I've done exante before and my body always gets used to it, and if I've not drunk enough my body craves water!

It sure does calm down- for the first 5 days I was constantly peeing day and night and can now sleep again all through the night and just go often during the day. Your body will get used to it and you will reap the benefits soon x

    Thanks for that :)

I was starting to think it would be like this the whole time I was on my journey..

I am dying to weigh myself.. do you think it's best to go the whole week before I do?

    xxxx

It really is best to wait the whole week before you weigh in because your weight fluctuates so much day to day (or even hour to hour!) that it's not worth weighing inbetween.
Best to just weigh in on weigh day so you get an accurate result.
