not the best week so far

    Diet:
    weight watchers
    but not gone bonkers but just been a little "sloppy" with points and the diary

    next week is a very hard week as next friday is my mum and dad's golden wedding anniversary so family meal then saturday us girls are doing an open house buffet for them

    So really from today i must do the best so i can really enjoy next weekend and not spoil their 2 days

    everyone has a blip now and again but treat every day as a new day and you will be just fine :)

    ive been the same hun.. jus a few extra points each day since monday.. need to cut down ove the weekend to try and pull some back, just start tracking now and im sure well both be fine xxx
