Not the healthiest of choices...

    Diet:
    Good old calorie counting
    But i still stayed within my calorie allowance

    Breakfast: toast with butter
    Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich with cheese and onion crisp
    Tea, chicken burger, oven chips and mayonnaise

    *does happy dance

    I know it's not the healthiest menu, but the mood I was in I needed it

    Yes, as long as its not everyday and you are watching the fat content, you will be all good:cool:
