Not too much damage!

Have been a bit skittish for the last month so finally decided to bite the bullet and weigh in this morning. Was preparing myself for a half stoner, but have only put on 2lbs. Considering the socialising I have done over last few weeks, Im not too upset by this.

So I have now adjusted my target. I want to aim for a 25lb loss by New Year. This is about 1.5 a week.

Will weigh in on Fridays now.

Quick question- semolina- am on green- is this a no no or reasonable low syns?

Absolutly right, Bron.

You have to be in the right frame of mind to continue on effectivly. But also I thinks thanks to my SW education ( so to speak) even if I go off plan, my eating is now so much healthier- I cook from scratch at every meal, I plan ahead, I rarely eat fast food or junk and I eat a varied diet. Well done on your weigh loss by the way.:)

And its always hard to step on those scales for the first time after an absence.!

How are you doing?
Just sat here wondering what to do on a wet Saturday we are on a self catering holiday! We were going out on the bikes this morning, but rain has put the stop to that

Thanks Dirsty Dancing, think will give semolina a miss!
Bron- had a lovely picnic out with my children today, and brought lentil 'bites' for me (free) and pear cake for the kids!! Other brought loads of yummy pastries and sarnies, but i resisted!! x

We got a bike ride between showers- did 10 miles, impressed OH and myself
