So I will need all the help and support I can get, been reading through these diaries for few weeks now and I love them all so its now my turn. Bit of background, we need the doctors help to conceive and the only way they will help us is for me to lose the weight so here I am. Am restarting at a group tonight and then going food shopping - hopefully this will help by writing it all down and making notes on what I'm eating etc I can do this and finally become a mummy! <3

Day 1 - 13/06/2016 Green Day

hexA - 350ml Skimmed milk x 2
hexB - 2 x wholemeal bread,

Syns - Smoothie 2 syns

Breakfast
Smoothie - 2 syns (40g frozen mango, 57g frozen raspberries, 350ml skimmed milk, ice cubes)
2 x wholemeal bread

Lunch
Pasta and passatta sauce
Muller light yoghurt
Banana

Dinner
Plain omelette with side salad
Melon & Grapes for pudding!

I then went and weighed in at my local group :)

Day 2 - 14/06/2016 Extra Easy

HexA - 350ml skimmed milk
HexB - 2 x wholemeal bread
Syns - 0.5 muller light pineapple crush

Breakfast
2 x wholemeal toast with 3 x boiled eggs

Lunch
Rice, chicken fried with soy sauce and cucumber
Muller light yoghurt
Tub of Melon and Grape

Dinner
Jacket potato with beans and salad

lots of green tea!! :)
Feeling less bloated today thank god

Start as you mean to go on - well that's what I'm hoping for!! :)

I find that I struggle when I'm not prepared, so as long as I can make sure I'm not lazy and prepare all my food the day before then I should be fine. Although I did forget my banana today so must go and get one at lunch time! How are you doing? xx
 
You're absolutely right, it all goes wrong for me if I'm not prepared. I find that not only does preperation help me eat better, but it makes me feel generally better about myself too - strange I know! :) I am doing good thanks, weigh in tomorrow so I'm being super good just now (still making up the syns from Saturday)
 
Day 3 - 15/06/2016 Extra Easy

HexA - 350ml skimmed milk

HexB - 2 x wholemeal bread
Syns - 0.5 muller light pineapple crush, 4 syns for the cheese in my mac and cheese


Breakfast
3 x boiled egg on toast (second day in a row but its nice and easy and quick once I get to work)

Lunch
Mug Shot - tomato & herb
muller light yoghurt
banana

Dinner
slimming world mac and cheese (I'm so excited to make this!)

You seem to be doing well, you getting many syns in? Seems to be quite 'free' so far.

My weigh in was a bit meh, half a lb off. Got my 4.5 stone award though. Must update my signature and avatar :) well done you - keep up the good eating.
 
Day 6 - 18/06/2016 Extra Easy

HexA - 350ml Skimmed milk
HexB - 2 x wholemeal bread
Syns - Afternoon Tea approx. 45 syns, chow mein sauce 3 syns


Breakfast
Toast

Lunch
Afternoon Tea (belated b'day present)

Dinner
Chicken stir fry with beansprouts and celery, egg noodles and chow mein sauce
Banana and yoghurt for pudding
 
Day 7 - 19/06/2016 Extra Easy - FATHER'S DAY!

HexA - 250ml Semi-skimmed milk
HexB - 1 x wholemeal roll
Syns - 1 x wholemeal roll, homemade cake 15syns and 1 small piece of cheesecake 9 syns approx.


Breakfast
Strawberries, Grapes and fat free fromage frais

Lunch/Dinner
BBQ - 4 x slimming world syn free burgers, lots and lots of salad
Cake and cheesecake
Drank lots of squash while everyone else had alcohol!
