Nutty's Food diary - any advice appreciated

onwards and downwards
End of first week on extra easy. Weigh day tomorrow.
Couple of unplanned days - but any advice / recommendations greatly appreciated.:)

Day 1
B-Oatibix X 1 , apple, banana, natural yoghurt.
L-Tuna,pasta,lettuce,radish,tomato,cucumber (salad cream 2.5 syns)
D-Pizza,lettuce,red onion and cucumber
Hex - milk / bread
Day 2
B-Apple
L-Tuna,pasta,lettuce,radish,tomato,cucumber(salad cream)
D- Rice, chicken and mushroom
Snacks - ww bar 4 syns
Hex milk
Day 3
B- Banana / natural yoghurt/oatibix 1
L- Egg/ham/lettuce/radish/tomato/cucumber(salad cream)
D-Haddock/mushy peas
Hex milk / oatibix
Day 4
B- Banana/apple/natural yoghurt
L- Tuna/Lettuce/tomato/red onion/cucumber /strawberries/salad cream
D- jacket pot / chili /salad
Hex milk/2 alpen light bars
Day 5
B-Turkey rasher x2/egg/beans/gherkins/banana
L- rice and soya sauce/brocolli/peas/sweetcorn/melon
D- chicken/noodle/amoy sauce 2.5 syns/cabbage/carrots/bamboo shoots
Hex milk/cereal bar
1/2 Moo yoo frozen yoghurt
Day 6
B-banana/apple/melon/natural yoghurt
L-poached egg x2/turkey rashersx2/ww sausage x2 (1 syn)/beans/apple
D-beef stew /carrots/broccoli/onions/3x new potatoes/oxo/herbs/apple
Hex milk/bread
snacks 2 stick kit kat 5.5 syns/wethers chewy 1.5 syns


It really does seem alot of food. not sure if ive got the right balance.
certainly not hungry !

be gentle with me ! lol
