No sorry it does not count as a HEB - it was taken off the list at the new year

No it's not they are too small, for a HEB you should be having 35g plain porridge oats (think these sachets are only 27g....)

gutted.. so thats 7 syns as my oh picked up the wrong box

my consultant says it's ok if you measure it up to 35g. Takes the handiness of it away though so I'm using the last of my box to make magic pancakes!
