I new and starting on Friday ive been eating 2 tablespoons of oatbran a day I looked in back of book and it just says 5 syns but no weight can any one help
Have another look at the top of your list, does it state gram allowance for all the food below. Ie it says cheddar cheese and above it will say , unless stated all 28g.
