Well not the best of starts. Doing it at home and STS. Trouble is I know where I went wrong and kicking myself for it. Well, no more. Big weight losses here I come.

Look on the positive side u didnt put any on ! , and at least u know where u went wrong and im sure u wil hav lots of big losses keep it up we can do it ! i had my first weigh in to day and got my silver 7 but ive got about 5 st to lose well 4n half now haha just need to keep in the zone lol gud luck for this week xxx
