Off out for an Indian tonight

Only started slimming world 4 weeks ago and Im pleased with my progess.

Wasnt planning on eating out for a while but now we have been invited out tonight for an Indian meal.:wave_cry:

What would be my best choices for a starter and main course to help me keep on track. Not drinking so wont have to use sins for that and also keeping sober will help me stay focused.

All suggestions would be appreciated with sins values

Just starting sw but I imagine the starter portions of tandoori prawns or chicken would be free or very low syns?? They're done in oven. Only thing is marinade might have oil in it but defo better than the deep fried options!

No ideas for dessert, sorry!!!
 
chicken tandoori main is 9 so i had a starter and put 4.5 down for that. then had chicken dansak at 6.5 overall not too bad. boiled rice was nil. was worth every sin :):)

luckily im not a big dessert fan so no worries there.
