Oh Balls! ***warning - contains food***

    I was doing so well on 810. Had managed to get my water intake to over 3 litres this week and had lost 11lbs in 2 and a half weeks, including one weekend that went to pot (was my son's 5th birthday the first weekend that I started and I ended up eating party food and cake, and blew the entire weekend).

    So for the first time in a year I was below 15st and doing well. Friday night I gave in to temptation and had some chocolate... and then last night I REALLY blew it on Chinese take away at a friend's house and birthday cake. I even had a huge glass of full-fat coke.

    This morning I'm weight 4lbs heavier than I did on Thursday. Gutted doesn't even come close.. :cry:

    I know it's all my own fault. I've just started a new CDC who ahs been away for a week so I get my first proper weigh-in tomorrow afternoon too. So today I'm going to try and flush my system with at least 4 litres of water and go SS for a few days to detox.

    Why do I do this to myself? I just start seeing the results and then I mess up big time.

    my take on Atkins, will do it until i'm bored then go back onto WW methods.
    Aww, don't worry. There's no point in beating yourself up over whats been done, its not going to achieve anything. Life's too short. Just pick yourself up and be as good as gold. That 4lb gain will be mostly water retention i'd say, and will be gone before you know it, if you get back on track.

    Thanks yvonne. It's just frustrating that I was acheiving so much and then yet another weekend hits and it all goes down the pan.

    I've had a litre of water and my first shake of the day... I just keeping telling myself that I will make it to bedtime today without anything non-CD passing my lips!

    I'd say most people have done the same, at some point. I know i have!

    You've still lost your other 7lbs! So keep that in mind, get on track, and the rest will follow! Chin up, its not the end of the world.

    Take each day at a time, and it'll get easier. =]

    come one girl dont beat ur self up abou it only makes it worse, learn for your mistake and grow from it we all slip up sometimes its what makes us human good luck getting back on it YOU CAN DO IT xx

    Today has been an ok day. I've got to get through cooking pizza for the family's tea yet though and I'm craving chocolate which is nothing new for me!

    Still, I've got two more CD meals to get through yet so they should hopefully tide me over.

    Thanks Princessbunny. I've been kepping myself distracted by getting some jobs done around the house and I've just had my second pack. Still glugging the water but not had anywhere near as much as I wanted to try and drink.

    hang in there hun, i've been there too and you can get back on track, just stay focused on the future and don't dwell on what you can't change xx

    Thanks Bluemoon. It's just frustrating and I'm annoyed with myself. It doesn't help that I've got my first offial weigh in tomorrow and it's not looking good.
