I have stuffed my face something appauling for a good 3 weeks now.

I keep meaning to be good ... but then being naughty gets in the way :eek: ... Pizza hut, Domino`s, subways, chinese .. you name it, i`ve troughed it :rolleyes:

I should really assess and see what the damage is ... i`ll get on the scales in the morning .....

Oh dear, good luck. It may not be as bad as you thought! Just draw a line and get back onto plan, you can do it!

Yeah, just draw a line under it. Remember it's true strength when a person gets knocked down but stands back up again ready to give it their all again!

Get weighed tomorrow and start again. The hardest part is stepping on those scales and getting your head back in the game. You have done really well so far so you know you can do it. xxx

I did get on the scales ... i`ve put a couple of lbs on .. (and may yet have another couple as the last 3 weeks catches up/evens out) ... But i will sort myself out now :) x x x
