Had my first weigh in last week and i lost 8LBS - really pleased, and then today i picked up a piece of chicken and ate it.... angry with myself! :cry:dont even know why i picked it up- i wasent hungry, i was serving up sunday dinner for the family and the next thing i know i had popped it in my mouth!

dont worry too much hun, a bit of chicken should not take you out of ketosis, just move on, forget it, dont get down in the dumps or you may eat again, thats what make me want to eat, when im miserable......just carry on like it never happened hun
