oh dear..

well its 9pm and i have only JUST recovered from a night out last night!!!

We went for a very nice Tapas and i was very good inthe restaurant food wise - and then we went to the pub and it all went very very wrong!!!! haha - nevermind tho i had a bloody good night out with my brother in law and his wife and my hubby and i have pretty much been back on it today but will be 100% tmorrow and will work it off in the gym, i have till WI on Wednesday to minimise any gain i may have, im still thinking positive tho, any loss will be greatly received!!!

Thats life though hun. You cant drop everything just for a diet. So long as you're back on tomorrow youll be fine. Remember everything but in moderation :)
