Oh dear :(

My first week I lost 9ib which was great but this week I have felt so cold and hungry I have cheated. I have been having the shakes in the day but a meal in the evening :mad: I haven't been eating loads of bad things, tuna salad, jacket potato etc. I feel really bad now as today should have been my weigh in day. I now feel ready to start again but am really peed off with myself. I had a weigh in at home and haven't put any of the weight I lost the first week on but haven't lost any more either :confused::confused:
 
Juda, you must have felt amazing when you dropped those nine pounds? Write down why you want to lose weight and maybe put it on your fridge? All is not lost you have done well so just put a line under it and start again? Good luck huni :)

Today is a new day hon :) Take it one day at a time and maybe Give yourself a gold star sticker on your List on the fridge you have made and then soon your fridge will show you well you are doing :)
