have really struggled this week, not been feeling great and have eaten food i shouldnt have and as a result have put on two pounds :( not suprised but need to give myself a kick up the bum and stick to this!
 
Dont worry babe i had that week last week ate and drank what i wanted (lots of beer and a massive roast dinner) from wednesday to saturday didnt weight myself until wednesday morning for fear of what i'd done 100% sunday monday and tuesday had lost a pound it'll only take u a couple of days to be losing again its just ur 'carb store' filling up again like ur big weight lose u had in ur first week u'll lose that after just a couple of days 100%ing again xxx
