oh dear...

    went to my friends last night to celebrate her finishing her exams and started off well, had a chicken chow mein (11.5 syns) and had a couple of vodka and diet cokes... then we ran out of vodka and decided to start drinking port with diet coke.... i have no clue how many i had, which is obviously not good lol. well i just looked up port and its 4 syns. oops not really what i wanted to do especially when its weigh in tomorrow! OOPS!

    yes but did you enjoy it kitty? cause if you did then it doesnt matter!! it was worth it!!! roughly work out how many syns you had a flexi syn it, draw a line and continue back on plan today!!
    wish i could have had a nice eve...ive been ill for the last few days with a gastric bug!! lovely!!

    ah dont worry about it we all have a blip now and then, but at least you had a good night so just pick yourself up expect the worst at your weigh in and the get your motivation back for next week. im sure you will be fine!

    thanks both of u, i am back on plan today, just annoyed as i wanted a good loss again this week! oh well!!
