ok i havent been on here ina couple of weeks, and in that time i have been eating pizza, chinese, chocolate, you name it.. i dont eat it excessively.. but it cant be good :( i usually go down hill when i get my period, and yep my suspicions were right, lol. so i'd like to get back to eating healthy, any support is gladly welcome !!

I think so long as you're not binging, you don't need to beat yourself up too much. Having a big appetite for high fat food just might be a reaction to being on slim fast for a while - the body's worried you're going to send it back to shakeland so it's demanding sustenance while it can!

Don't rule out treats altogether, just try to ease yourself back into a healthy routine. Try snacking on unlimited fruit and veggies while you do it, so you never feel hungry. Hunger's the enemy!
